The Camp

About 30m past Beddington, ME is a camp site my dad and his friends have had for some time. It's rustic, almost completely isolated and as peaceful as you can imagine. A great place to completely disconnect and think.

The weekend here started raw and dreary. Seemingly fitting as I was dealing with the loss of a friend.

Warmth

Warmth

The smell of a campfire, good cigars and delicious food grilling makes any trip up here perfect.

Bare Minimum

The camp has no electricity or plumbing. Everything runs off propane (even the fridge) and you pump water from the well next to the sink.

If you want a shower you fill up a bag, let it warm in the sun and have at it.

No Man's Land

The camp is located on an inlet, and the only way in is through logging trails. On the weekend you'll occasionally come across logging equipment left around.
